Objectif Emploi’s Outplacement and Career Transition Program supports employees affected by layoffs, restructuring, or an imposed career transition.
This service provides human, structured, and confidential support aimed at helping employees transition quickly and sustainably back into the labour market. It helps reduce the emotional and professional impact of job loss while supporting individuals in rebuilding confidence, clarity, and motivation.
The program is based on a structured methodology with five key phases, covering the full transition journey: career project clarification, preparation of application tools, job search strategies, interview preparation, and integration into a new job.
Support is offered individually, either in person or remotely, and is adapted to the realities of Quebec’s labour market.
