1. Nature of the Service

Objectif Emploi’s private coaching services provide personalized career support, primarily delivered by qualified employment counsellors.

Depending on your needs, certain services may be provided by career counsellors who are members of the OCCOQ.

Depending on the package selected, services include:

• Improving professional documents and profiles, such as résumés, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Individual coaching sessions.
• Guidance on job searching and career development.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Your service booking is confirmed only once payment has been received.

3. Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable once delivery has begun, including:

• Work on documents.
• The first session.

Before the service begins, cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation of Sessions

For services that include sessions:

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you miss a session or cancel late, the session will be considered used.

5. Service Timeframes and Validity

• Light Package: Delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
• Advanced Package: The service must be completed within a maximum of one month.
• Personalized Sessions: Valid for three months.

After the applicable period, unused services will be considered expired.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Submit the necessary documents.
• Participate actively in sessions.

Objectif Emploi cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

7. Document Revisions

For the Light and Advanced packages:

• One minor revision is included.
• The revision must be requested within seven days of delivery.
• Additional requests may incur extra fees.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared is treated confidentially, in accordance with Québec’s Law 25 on the protection of personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Objectif Emploi is committed to providing quality professional support.

However, no specific outcome can be guaranteed, including:

• Securing employment.
• Obtaining a promotion.
• Achieving a particular result in a recruitment process.

The guidance provided is based on industry best practices but may vary depending on the circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property

All documents, tools, guides, and content provided remain the property of Objectif Emploi.

They are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written authorization.

11. Use of the Service

The client agrees to use the services lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these terms.

Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate use may result in suspension of the service.

12. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service

Objectif Emploi reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service at any time on reasonable grounds, including failure to comply with these terms.

13. Changes to Services

Objectif Emploi reserves the right to modify its services, content, or prices at any time without prior notice.

14. Service Languages

Services are offered in:

• Arabic.

Services are provided in the language selected at registration.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in the judicial district of Montréal.
