Program objective
Our Career Guidance service helps individuals clarify their career path and make informed decisions about their professional future.
Through personalized support with a career counsellor, participants can better understand their interests, skills, values, and opportunities in Quebec’s labour market.
Main types of support
The service includes three main types of support:
- Career guidance
Support to clarify a career path and identify suitable professional options. - Career Choice Validation
A process to confirm whether a career project or decision is realistic and aligned with the person’s profile. - Skills Assessment
An analysis of skills, experience, and achievements to define a clear professional positioning.
What the program includes
- Analysis of professional interests, skills, and values
- Identification of realistic and suitable career paths
- Exploration of training programs and occupations in Quebec
- Development of a professional action plan
- Support during career transitions or reorientation
- Services available online and in person
Professional support
Support is provided by a career counsellor who is a member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec (Order of Career Counsellors of Quebec), ensuring a structured, ethical, and professional approach.
Registration
Registration must be completed through Services Québec.
