Free Digital Skills Training for Adults Aged 55 and Over

Practical training to become more independent and use digital tools with confidence.

Program objective

Strengthen the digital skills of adults aged 55 and over to support their independence, social inclusion, access to digital services, and participation in personal, volunteer, or professional projects.

What the program includes

The program includes 27 hours of practical training over three weeks, delivered in small groups.

Participants learn to:

  • Browse the Internet safely.
  • Explore responsible artificial intelligence and learn to use it confidently and safely.
  • Recognize online scams.
  • Use job search platforms and online services.
  • Attach a résumé or letter to an email.
  • Join a virtual meeting.
  • Use tools such as Zoom, LinkedIn, Canva, and Google Drive.

An individual assessment helps place each participant at the appropriate level. A certificate of participation is provided at the end of the program.

Eligibility criteria
• Be aged 55 or over. • Want to become more independent when using digital tools.
