As many of you already know, I will be leaving Objectif Emploi to begin a new chapter in my life: retirement.
After a wonderful professional journey and many years of work and dedication to Objectif Emploi’s mission, I now feel the need to be closer to my family, which is growing before my eyes. My children have always been at the heart of my priorities, and becoming a grandmother — one of the most beautiful gifts life can offer — confirms that the time has come for me to enjoy these precious moments more fully.
Leading Objectif Emploi has been an immense privilege for me. I have had the opportunity to contribute, alongside you, to the success of an organization that is committed, solid, and deeply dedicated to supporting people.
Leaving Objectif Emploi is undoubtedly a major step and a decision that was not easy to make. However, I leave with a sense of mission accomplished and with great peace of mind. I know that my successor, Yoan Béraud, who will take over leadership as of January 2026, is a person with deep values and a strong commitment to Objectif Emploi’s mission. I am convinced that he will continue this work with dedication, respect, and integrity.
I therefore say goodbye to you with great emotion and immense gratitude. Throughout my journey, I have had the chance to meet wonderful, generous people who are deeply devoted to this social mission. I will certainly miss you.
A very special thank you to my team. I have been surrounded by committed people who, each in their own way, have contributed to this great mission, brought comfort and support to so many people, and truly changed lives.
I also wish to express my gratitude to our Board of Directors, without whom our organization could never have evolved as it has. Objectif Emploi stands out for its committed, transparent, and proactive governance. Thank you, dear board members, for your leadership, your presence, and your trust.
As I turn this page, I leave with a deep sense of peace, knowing that Objectif Emploi can count on a committed Executive Director, as well as a strong and present Board of Directors. I leave convinced that the humanism that has always guided Objectif Emploi will continue to enrich every action, every welcome, and every decision within the organization.
I am now preparing to live a life closer to “normality,” surrounded by my husband, my children, and my grandchildren, who have already been waiting for me for a long time.
